What happens when the trial ends
Your chat pauses rather than disappears, and the control panel tells you what to do next. Paying reopens the room immediately, with nothing lost.
Billing questions
Is the trial really free?
Yes. Seven days of the chat running, with no card details taken up front. The trial is offered once per new setup.
When am I charged?
On the day you activate a plan, and then on the same date each month. Every charge produces an invoice row on the plans page of your control panel, with the period, amount and payment status.
What if a renewal payment fails?
You get a three day grace period with a notice in the control panel. The chat is paused during that window and switches back on the moment the payment lands.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the plans page. The room keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops without another charge.
What are the service promises?
Uptime. 99.9% monthly availability as a target, scheduled maintenance excluded. If the service misses it, support credit is agreed case by case instead of promised up front.
Support. Email, answered around the clock. Room-down reports jump the queue; routine questions get a first reply within a day.
Backups. Uploads are duplicated on write, invoices are kept as the billing record, and a paused room keeps everything until you reopen it. If a room is ever lost on our side, tell support with the room URL and we restore what the last good copy holds.
What does fair use mean?
One community per room. No spam tooling, no scraping message history, no reselling room access. A room that breaks this is paused first and asked, not deleted.
Does the AI bot cost extra?
No charge from us. Evan answers and draws using the provider API keys you paste in on the AI page of the control panel. Whatever the provider bills for that usage lands on your own provider account.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. Upgrading applies immediately and the next invoice is adjusted; downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period so you keep what you paid for.
